No, the goal is to free your teams from time-consuming, low-value tasks. Your human colleagues can then focus on strategy, creativity and customer relationships — things AI can't do.
AI is an extremely powerful tool, but it comes with great responsibilities. There is no end-to-end encryption. To use the best available model, our base installation runs on Anthropic: data is sent to the cloud and we don't have full control over its processing. We recommend treating the AI as a capable intern who should have limited permissions. Only grant it access to data and systems you'd be comfortable sharing with a junior team member. We comply with GDPR and implement safeguards, but client vigilance remains essential.
Full deployment takes just a few days. After a 48-hour onboarding to understand your processes, we configure and launch your AI co-worker. It's operational and starts delivering value within the first week.
Your AI co-worker integrates with the tools you already use: CRM, messaging, social media, email, project management tools and more. We do need a point of contact on your side to help us set up access (email accounts, API keys, features to integrate). Additionally, some third-party services you wish to connect may require extra API keys at your own cost (e.g., an AI voice for voice calls).

Our base installation relies on Claude (Anthropic) as the primary AI model. If they make significant pricing changes, we may need to adjust the license price or migrate to a different AI model. Open-weights (public) models are not yet performant enough in our view to replace cloud models. However, our architecture fully supports redirecting the AI to a local server once models become good enough. You would likely need to invest in a powerful computer to run the model. We'll let you know as soon as this option becomes viable.
